Jose Rico began playing musical instruments at the age of 10. He focuses on singing, which he has been educated and practiced for over 13 years.

 

He has been part of acting projects, school theater, short films, and feature films.

 

He has released 2 albums as a composer:

Somnia (2023) and Mania (2024).

His song "Melancholy" was screened at the

Digital Gym Cinema, part of the

Film Composing workshop by USCD and MACSD.

 

In 2024, he co-produced the short documentary "Mexico: Culture Without Borders," which was part of a short documentary workshop by UCSD and MACSD and screened at the Digital Gym Cinema in San Diego, California.

In 2025, he was interviewed by the 2nd largest Mexican Television Network,

TV AZTECA, Michoacán.
